Toddler Time*

Early Childhood Educator “Miss Mary” leads this popular class that provides a great socialization opportunity for ages 18 months to 3 years old and their caregivers! Classes are limited to 12 children who, with their caregivers, participate in free play, circle time, songs, games, story, snack time (children bring there own snack, no peanuts please), and a special theme project.
Class meets once a week and runs for 10 weeks on Wednesdays. Pre-registration and $20 non-refundable deposit is required. Session fee is $85 for members or $110 for non-members. Class will begin the week of September 14th and run through the week of Nov 14th. Winter session runs November 29 through February 1.
This program meets the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks Preschool Guidelines:

Language: 1.1, 2.1, 3.1, 4.1, 4.2, 5.2, 6.1
Reading Literature: 8.1 – 8.5, 9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 11.1, 14.1, 15.1, 16.1, 17.1, 18.1
Earth & Space: 1.2

Is your child (3-6 years old) the kind of child that likes to mash, mush, and mold? Does he or she like to explore, question, and manipulate? If your answer is yes to any of those questions, then this is the class for your little scientist. Your child is in for a “Sid the Science Kid” experience as they learn about the world around them through hands on experiments and activities with. “Miss Sarah” Bryan. She is a licensed teacher with a background in science.
Class meets once a week and runs for 10 weeks on Thursday. Pre-registration and $20 non-refundable deposit is required. Session fee is $85 for members or $110 for non-members. Each exciting program is one and a half hours in length with 10 maximum students.

Does your child love to dance? If so, we have a great new program offered by Susan Friedman, owner of Dance Designs, who will be instructing children accompanied by their care givers. Children will gain experiencein working as part of a group, develop self confidence as they move, sing,use small apparatuses, and have fun dancing! For ages 2.5 and up.
Class fee is $90 for members and $96 for non-members for the 6 week session. A $20 deposit is required. Class time is scheduled for 9:00am – 10:00am on the following Tuesdays;9/20, 9/27,10/4,10/18,10/25,&11/1. To register please contact the museum.
