Remember the Troops in April
Help support our troops by donating an item to be sent to our soldiers overseas. For the entire month of April, the museum will be collecting donations of items, such as toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, granola bars, silly string, etc., to be forwarded to our many hard working, deserving soldiers overseas. Every individual who brings in an item for donation will receive $.50 off their admission price.

School Vacation Week

April 21
– 10:30-2:00 Sculpt like an artist with Miss Lori and Miss Jo-Ann using a variety of different mediums.
– 11:00-Storyteller Tim Seston will mesmerize young and old alike with his stories & songs.

April 22
– Green Thumbs for Everyone!
– 10:30–12:00 Create your own mini garden in honor of earth with Miss Lori (while quantities last).
    Sponsored by Pondscape Garden Center of Cataumet.
– 11:00 “Pitter Patter Puppets” featuring Rex the Recycle Rat and friends presented by puppeteer Mary Wilson.
– 10:30-2:00 Recycled Art Adventures.
– 1:00 Planetarium show with Miss Jo-Ann (recommended for ages 5 and up).

April 23
– 11:00-12:00 “WALLY” THE GREEN MONSTER, The Boston Red Sox Mascot will be our guest.
– 10:30-2:00 Come and try out your swing in our “batting room”!
– 10:30-12:00 Mosaic Art with Miss Jo-Ann (while quantities last).

April 24
– 10:30-2:00 Fiber art with Miss Lori.
– 11:00-2:00 Learn the art of weaving with Miss Jo-Ann.

April 25
– The Cape Cod Children’s Museum Presents “THE BEANIE BUNCH” of Flooky and the Beans concert
    from 11:30am-12pm. An additional $1 will be added to our admission cost until 12:00.
– 10:30-2:00 Construction with Lincoln Logs, playing cards, unit wooden blocks, and dominoes.
– 10:30-2:00 Explore the art of paper collage.

April 26
– 10:00-5:00 American Red Cross Babysitting Course — Preregistration is required. Instructor Jo-Ann Cabral.

April 27
– 1:00 Make a May Basket to give away on May Day!
