Field trips to the Museum can be a rewarding experience. Children can enjoy themselves
while learning in a relaxed, playful atmosphere. The group fee (for 10 or more) is $1 off
the regular admission fees. One chaperone is required for every 5 children. One adult is
free for every 5 children. Teachers with a current MTA card are admitted free of charge.

Upone availability, our party rooms can be utilizedfor your lunch or program, but must
be scheduled in advance.

To book a field trip you need to call the Museum at least 2 days in advance. For the benefit
of the students, the Museum attempts to schedule no more than 60 children at one time for
Museum visits. A faxed letter on your stationary is required to confirm your visit. The letter
should include the date and time of your visit, and the number of children plus adults in your
